Privacy
How we handle your information, in plain language. ReplyReady helps you prepare a knowledge pack for your own AI agent — you stay in control of your data.
Sign-in and your account
We use Google sign-in for account identity. When you sign in, we receive your name and email address from Google to identify your account, and we keep you signed in with a session cookie. Signing in does not give us access to your Google Drive.
Your drafts and saved packs
While you prepare your setup, your draft stays in your browser on that device. When you choose to save or submit, we store that review pack so we can provide the service — so you can return to it, submit it for review, and download it. We only use the business information you enter or upload.
Google Drive export
If you choose to export your ReplyReady knowledge pack to Google Drive, we request limited Google Drive access using the drive.file scope. This lets ReplyReady create or manage only the files you explicitly export through ReplyReady.
We do not request access to all files in your Google Drive. We do not read, scan, sell, or share your Google Drive files. Exported files are created from the review pack content you choose to export, and you can revoke ReplyReady’s Google access at any time from your Google Account permissions.
What we do not do
We are an independent service and we do not connect to WhatsApp or Meta. We do not read your WhatsApp or customer chats — we only use the business information you enter or upload. We do not take payments, place orders, send messages to your customers, or change your customer records.
Information you should not enter
Please do not enter customer personal details, passwords, or payment information. ReplyReady is for preparing your business setup — not for storing customer or payment data.
Your controls
You can revoke ReplyReady’s Google access at any time from your Google Account permissions. For questions or requests, see Help.
