We only use submitted business information to assess suitability and contact you about the readiness check. Do not submit customer personal data.
What we collect
Only what you choose to put in the application form: your name, your business name, country, business type, a WhatsApp number or email to reach you, your WhatsApp setup, the kinds of questions your customers ask, your concerns, and an optional link to your menu or price list.
What we do not want
Please do not submit your customers’ personal data, phone numbers, or chat messages. We don’t need them to run a readiness check, and we ask you not to share them. If you accidentally include them, we’ll delete them.
How we use it
We use your submitted business information only to (1) assess whether your business is a good fit for a First Check, and (2) contact you about the check. We do not sell your information, and we do not use it to message your customers.
What we don’t do
We don’t connect to your WhatsApp to send messages, we don’t run a chat inbox or a CRM with your customers’ data, and we don’t run marketing blasts. This site collects applications for a readiness check — nothing more.
Independence
ReplyReady is an independent service. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or partnered with Meta or WhatsApp. We do not guarantee that any AI will be correct — we help you check and improve it, and you stay in control.
Keeping & removing your information
We keep your application only as long as needed to consider it and follow up. If you’d like us to remove your information, contact us using the same channel we used to reach you, and we’ll delete it.
