Your WhatsApp AI replies fast. But is it replying right?
A late reply loses a customer. A wrong AI reply — last year’s price, a delivery you don’t do, a confusing Malay answer — quietly loses their trust. ReplyReady checks your WhatsApp AI before your customers rely on it.
Research-informed, owner-controlled. For small businesses that take customer enquiries on WhatsApp. Join the waitlist to get the free Business Brain Audit checklist, then optionally the BND 20 AI Agent Interview beta or the BND 49 one-time First Check — no subscription, no checkout. Independent service — not an official Meta or WhatsApp product.
Quotes your current price, not last year’s.
Matches your real opening hours.
Promised same-day — but you don’t actually offer it.
AI-ready business brain
Don’t let your WhatsApp AI quote the wrong price.
ReplyReady is an AI-ready business brain for customer replies. Wrong prices usually happen because the AI is reading stale, missing, or unapproved business information — so ReplyReady helps your AI answer customers using only verified business facts. No website yet? You can still start.
The real risk
An AI that answers fast but answers wrong is worse than a slow human
Late replies lose customers. Wrong AI replies lose trust. Once your AI quotes the wrong price or promises a delivery you don’t do, you have an unhappy customer — and you might not even know it happened. Most owners switch AI on and hope it’s right. Hoping isn’t checking.
Wrong prices
Old menus and price lists linger, so the AI quotes numbers you stopped charging months ago.
Promises you can’t keep
“Same-day delivery, no problem!” — when same-day isn’t something you actually offer.
Confusing BM / Manglish
Answers that read awkwardly, or miss the question entirely, in Malay or mixed language.
What the First Check covers
A plain-language check of the basics customers actually ask
Prices & menu
We test common price and product questions against the figures you approve.
FAQ & opening hours
Does it answer your most common questions correctly and consistently?
Delivery & pickup rules
Does it only promise the delivery, pickup and timing options you really offer?
BM & Manglish answers
Are the English, Bahasa Melayu and mixed-language replies clear and correct?
Safe hand-offs
For unusual or bulk requests, does it pass to a human instead of guessing?
A simple readiness report
You get an owner-friendly summary of what’s ready and what to fix first — no jargon.
We check against the business facts you approve. We can’t promise an AI will be perfect — but you’ll see clearly where it’s right, where it’s wrong, and what to fix first.
Your place to start
How ReplyReady improves your AI replies
Want better WhatsApp AI replies but not sure where to start?
ReplyReady helps you clean your business info, test common customer questions, and find what needs fixing before customers see the reply.
ReplyReady does not replace your WhatsApp AI, and it’s not a custom AI model. It helps make your AI safer by cleaning the business information it reads, testing common customer questions, finding wrong or risky replies, and showing what needs fixing before customers see it.
1. Check the business info
First, we look at the information your AI may use: your menu, prices, opening hours, delivery rules, FAQ, do-not-say rules, and when the AI should hand over to a real person.
2. Clean and organise it
Then we help organise the information so the AI is not reading old prices, old promos, or unclear rules. Cleaner business knowledge usually means safer AI replies.
3. Test common questions
Next, we test the kind of questions customers usually ask on WhatsApp — price, availability, delivery, pickup, booking, bulk orders, and refund or replacement questions.
4. Find risky answers
If the AI gives a wrong price, uses old menu information, answers awkwardly in BM or Manglish, promises something the business can’t do, or should have handed over to a human, we flag it.
5. Give a fix list
You get a simple fix list: what information is missing, what should be removed, and what rule needs to be clearer before customers see the AI reply.
6. Retest after fixes
After the fixes, we test again. The goal isn’t to promise perfect AI forever — it’s to reduce wrong replies by checking the common scenarios before customers see them.
We can’t guarantee an AI will always answer perfectly. The goal is to reduce wrong replies by checking the business information, testing common scenarios, and making handover rules clearer.
Who it’s for
Small and local businesses that answer customers with AI
A good fit if you…
- Get customer enquiries through WhatsApp or other channels
- Sell food, drinks, retail products, or services
- Use — or are preparing for — a customer-facing AI agent (e.g. Meta Business Agent, where available)
- Answer customers in your own languages (English, Malay, Manglish, and more)
Probably not for you if…
- You don’t use WhatsApp for customer enquiries
- You want us to message your customers (we don’t do that)
- You’re looking for a CRM, inbox or marketing-blast tool

AI Agent Interview · sample
Example: what the AI Agent Interview shows
Not sure what your AI is missing? Send up to 5 AI replies. ReplyReady checks them like a customer and shows what looks risky, missing, unsupported, or unclear.
Customer asks: “Do you deliver today?”
AI replied: “Yes, we can deliver today for free.”
ReplyReady gap scan:
- Risky delivery promise: needs owner confirmation.
- Unsupported “free delivery” claim: no approved rule shown.
- Availability promise: delivery timing may depend on area and schedule.
- Safer reply: “Let me confirm today’s delivery availability and fee first so I do not promise the wrong thing.”
- Passed: tone is polite and easy to understand.
This is a sample only — not the full BND 49 report. We do not invent gaps; if a category looks safe, we mark it as passed. See the 10 gap categories.

Ask an AI you already use
Paste the prompt below into ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini or any AI assistant to understand the risks and what to check first — then come back and apply.
I run a small business and reply to customer enquiries on WhatsApp. I'm thinking about turning on a customer-facing AI agent to answer customers automatically. Before I switch it on, help me understand what could go wrong if my prices, menu, opening hours, delivery rules, or local-language answers (for example Bahasa Melayu or Manglish) are out of date or inconsistent. Then give me a short, practical checklist of the most important things to verify so the AI doesn't quote a wrong price, give wrong hours, or promise something I don't actually offer.
Questions
Frequently asked
Do you train my AI?
Not like a custom AI model. We help prepare cleaner business knowledge, clearer rules, and test questions so your existing WhatsApp AI — or a future AI reply tool — has better information to work from.
How does ReplyReady improve my AI replies?
We improve the information your AI reads, then test its answers against common customer questions. If it gives a wrong price, old policy, awkward BM/Manglish reply, or risky promise, we show what needs fixing and retest after changes.
How much does the ReplyReady First Check cost?
The First Check is BND 49 one-time in early access — no subscription. There is no online checkout yet; you join the waitlist and we arrange it with you.
What is the BND 20 AI Agent Interview beta?
A more generous beta: send up to 5 AI reply examples and we scan them across 10 customer-reply risk categories — wrong prices, risky promises, missing owner confirmation, weak handoff, tone issues, and stale or unapproved facts. You get visible pass/fail findings, risk notes, the categories that passed, and safer reply suggestions. We do not invent problems. It does not include the full Knowledge Pack, scorecard, report, or ZIP — that's the BND 49 First Check. Join the waitlist to request it.
How do I get the free Business Brain Audit checklist?
Join the waitlist. The free checklist helps you see the gaps; it isn't an instant download. The BND 20 AI Agent Interview then reviews up to 5 AI replies, and the BND 49 First Check builds the full Knowledge Pack and report.
Is there a subscription or any other plan?
No subscription. There are three public steps — a free Business Brain Audit checklist after joining the waitlist, the BND 20 AI Agent Interview beta, and the BND 49 First Check. Things like Google Drive publishing, a monthly re-check, done-with-you setup, or a partner plan may come later or by request, but there are no public prices for those yet.
How do I pay?
There is no online checkout on this site, and nothing here takes a payment. Join the waitlist and we’ll arrange the free checklist, the BND 20 AI Agent Interview beta, or the BND 49 First Check and payment with you directly.
What happens after the First Check?
You get your readiness report and fix list. If a re-check or more hands-on help would help, you can ask — no pressure, and no obligation.
Are you partnered with Meta or WhatsApp?
No. ReplyReady is an independent service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or partnered with Meta, WhatsApp, or any messaging platform. “WhatsApp” is used only to describe where your customers message you.
What information do you need from me?
Just your business basics: prices/menu, opening hours, delivery and pickup rules, and the kinds of questions customers ask. You can paste a link to your menu or price list. Please don’t send us your customers’ chats or personal data — we don’t need them and we don’t want them.
Do you send messages to my customers?
No. We don’t message your customers, we don’t connect to your WhatsApp to send anything, and we don’t run a chat inbox or marketing blasts. This is a readiness check, not a sending tool.
Can you guarantee my AI will always be correct?
No — and be careful of anyone who promises that. We help you check your AI against the facts you approve and show you what to fix. You stay in control of what your AI says.
