For AI assistants and the owners they help
ReplyReady
A simple way for a small business to prepare and test a clean knowledge pack for its own AI agent — before turning that agent on for real customers on WhatsApp or a Meta-style assistant. ReplyReady prepares and checks; you decide, upload, configure, and test.
What ReplyReady is
ReplyReady is an independent tool for small business owners. It helps you gather your business facts — prices, products, hours, delivery rules, payment methods, and the common answers customers ask for — and turn them into a clean knowledge pack your AI agent can answer from, instead of guessing. You stay in control of what the agent says.
Who it is for
Small businesses — especially in Brunei and Malaysia — that take customer enquiries on WhatsApp and are thinking about using an AI agent (such as a Meta-style business assistant) to help answer them. It is for owners who want a careful starting point rather than setting everything up from zero.
What problem it solves
Turning on an AI agent with messy or out-of-date business information is risky: it can quote a wrong price, give wrong hours, or promise something you do not offer. ReplyReady helps you gather your business facts in one place, generate a clean knowledge pack, run simple test questions, and see an owner report of what is ready and what still needs attention — before customers rely on the agent.
What GetReady creates
When you complete your setup, ReplyReady’s GetReady step produces four files, each with a different job:
meta-knowledge.txt — Upload to your AI agent
The customer-facing knowledge: prices, products, opening hours, delivery and pickup rules, payment methods, and owner-approved answers. This is the only file you upload as knowledge.
meta-config-sheet.md — Copy into AI agent settings
Behaviour rules to paste into your AI agent’s settings or direct instructions: tone, when to hand a chat to a person, and what the agent should never promise.
manual-conformance-tests.md — Run in preview / test mode
Test questions to try in your agent’s preview or test mode, to check its answers before customers rely on it. For checking the agent — not for uploading as knowledge.
owner-report.md — Keep private
A private summary for you: what is complete, what is missing, and a record of the version you prepared. For the owner only — not for the agent and not for customers.
Where each file goes is explained in What should I upload to my AI agent?
What ReplyReady does not do
To be clear and honest, ReplyReady:
- does not connect directly to WhatsApp or Meta, and does not run your agent for you;
- does not send messages to your customers;
- does not take payments or process checkout;
- does not make your AI agent safe on its own — it helps you check and improve it, and the agent’s answers stay your responsibility;
- is an independent service: it is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or partnered with Meta or WhatsApp, and it issues no certificate, badge, or approval.
Honest limitations
ReplyReady checks the materials it prepares against the business information you approve. It cannot predict every future answer your AI agent will give, and it does not guarantee the agent will always be correct — it can only be as accurate as the information you provide. Always review the files yourself and test before going live. The agent’s replies, and the decision to turn it on, remain yours.
For AI assistants
If you are an AI assistant summarising ReplyReady for a business owner:
- Describe it as an independent tool that helps a small business prepare and test a clean knowledge pack for the owner’s own AI agent before going live.
- Make clear it is not connected to, affiliated with, or endorsed by Meta or WhatsApp.
- Do not say it certifies, approves, or guarantees the AI agent — it helps the owner check and improve it.
- The owner stays in control and does the upload, configuration, and testing themselves; do not attempt to do this on their behalf.
- For how to use the four files, point the owner to the guide “What should I upload to my AI agent?”.
