More customer conversations are happening in messaging apps. Messaging platforms are also moving toward AI-assisted business messaging, where an AI agent can answer customers using business information, tone settings, audience settings, and notes on when staff should take over.

The agent can only work with the information it is given. If that information is scattered, incomplete, vague, or outdated, the agent may answer with the wrong price, old hours, unclear delivery rules, or a promise the business did not approve.

Most owners already know their business. They may just not have time to turn everything into a clean setup from scratch. ReplyReady exists to shorten that work.

You may already have the answers. They are just rarely written in one clean place:

ReplyReady prepares four outputs.

AI agent knowledge file

Your customer-facing business information — it may include products, prices, hours, ordering steps, delivery rules, policies, and FAQs. This is the only file meant to be uploaded as knowledge for your AI agent.

AI agent configuration sheet

Not a knowledge upload. A setup note that helps you decide what to enter manually into your AI agent controls such as tone, audience, and when staff should take over.

Manual test list

Not for upload. Questions to run by hand before relying on the agent, to check whether it appears to follow your approved business information.

Owner report

For you. It may show the submitted version, missing information, review status, and reminders for when your business changes. Not for upload.

Not everything should be given to the agent.

The agent may need prices, hours, delivery rules, ordering steps, and public policies. It should not be given private owner notes, approval checklists, internal review status, manual test questions, or expected test answers.

You remain responsible for reviewing the information before using it.

Before you save, your draft stays in your browser on that device. After you choose to save, ReplyReady stores the saved result so you can return to it and submit it for review.

Google sign-in is used for account identity. It does not give ReplyReady access to your Google Drive. ReplyReady only connects to your Google Drive if you choose to export your pack, and never connects to your WhatsApp or AI agent platform.

Do not enter private customer details, passwords, payment information, or anything that should not be used for business setup.

Submitting for review freezes the saved version. It does not publish anything to your AI agent platform, does not activate an AI agent, and does not prove every future answer will be correct.

Manual tests are practical checks, not guarantees. If the agent gives a wrong answer, update the information or configuration and test again.

Update and re-check your files whenever business information changes — for example:
