Assurance report
What's in a WhatsApp AI assurance report?
A ReplyReady WhatsApp AI assurance report shows your Knowledge Pack, the test questions run, the AI answers captured, a scorecard with a fix list, and a readiness verdict — so you know exactly what to fix before customers see the AI.
ReplyReady is not the chatbot — it is the verified business memory (your AI-ready business brain) your customer-facing AI should rely on. Only approved business facts should be used for customer-facing reply drafts.
Knowledge Pack
A clean, organised set of your own approved business facts and rules: prices, menu, hours, location, delivery and pickup rules, FAQ, do-not-say rules, and handover rules. It contains no customer data — only the information you approve for the AI to answer from. Unknown values stay marked NEEDS OWNER CONFIRMATION so the AI does not guess.
Test questions
A set of realistic customer questions across price, availability, delivery, pickup, booking, bulk orders, refunds, complaints, and handover — in English, Bahasa Melayu, and Manglish. The hardest cases (forbidden promises) are always included so the riskiest answers get tested.
Manual answer capture
You paste your AI's answer to each test question. ReplyReady never connects to WhatsApp or sends anything — answers are captured manually and checked against the facts you approved. This keeps you in control and keeps customer conversations out of it entirely.
Scorecard
Each captured answer is scored against your approved facts and rules: is the price correct, is a forbidden promise avoided, did it hand over when it should? Areas are marked ready, needs fix, or not ready, with a plain-language reason.
Fix list
A prioritised list of what to change first: missing information to add, old prices or promos to remove, and rules to make clearer. Important items are flagged so you fix the risky things before the cosmetic ones.
Readiness verdict
An overall verdict — ready, needs fix, or not ready. A single critical failure (wrong price, forbidden promise, missed handover) means not ready, no matter how good the rest looks.
